Faith Group Award

The Faith Award is about encouraging young people to develop an understanding of their own and another faith community. It is designed to bring a Group together to promote a greater understanding of the life, history or practices of a fatih community in your local community.

The Aims of the Faith Award...

To develop a greater understanding of a faith community

To promote activities between the Sections

To support the faiths and beliefs section of the Balanced Programme

To make sure there is a positive influence on everyone taking part

To hav a long-term benefit in encouraging greater understanding and awareness of a local faith community

Examples of projects might include:

Develop links with a Network of a faith community different to your own

A project with an agency of your own faith community, such as CAFOD
